Share your stories

Complaints
We’re committed to improving the programme and ensuring you have a positive experience. You can ask us to consider a complaint if you feel:
- We have provided poor customer service or treated you unfairly.
- We have failed to follow one of our procedures or policies.
- We have not reached a decision properly.
- We haven’t handled a request for information in accordance with the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Sport England’s complaint’s procedure provides more details. We may not always be able to investigate the details of your complaint if:
- You want to make it anonymously.
- You wish to disagree with our published criteria or policies.
- It’s about an organisation that’s not Sport England or a supplier of the Leading the Movement programme.
