This section shares a collection of relatable, impactful, real-life stories, case studies and testimonials from sector leaders who are working hard to tackle inequalities. We call them your stories because they’re for leaders like you, by leaders like you.

Your stories explore each leader’s specific situation and offer valuable, honest insight into the challenges faced, tactics used to overcome them, lessons learned and advice for other leaders working in similar contexts or grappling with similar challenges.

Each story is designed to offer inspiration, raise awareness about common challenges, showcase what works or doesn’t, and spark ideas, discussion and action amongst other leaders.

We know lots of people learn best from real-life examples.

So, we’ll continue to add more stories over time to create a useful knowledge and evidence base for all leaders’ working tackling equalities in sport and physical activity.

We're new here! Your stories will be coming soon.
